The WGC - CA Championships
Doral (Blue Monster),
Miami, Florida
The course is known as the 'Blue Monster' because of
its many water hazards and because of it's length
at 7569 yards. Originally designed by Dick Wilson
the course was lengthened in 2000.
There was a spectacular finish in 2004 when Craig
Parry holed his 2nd shot in a play-off against
Verplank.

Evens Rose v
Stenson 6 units
Justin Rose has played well in his last two
tournaments as he hopes to build on an excellent
2007. He made 15 of 16 cuts, seven top 10s and
eleven top 25s. Henrik Stenson has only played twice
on the US Tour this year when he finished a poor
28th of 31 in the Mercedes and then he was a losing
semi-finalist in the WGC match-play. He has had good
form on the European Tour but that doesn't always
transpose to the U.S.
