Verizon Heritage
Harbour Town Links , Hilton Head Island , South
Carolina
This course is a complete contrast to Augusta so
that accurate drivers should come to the fore. This
is a shortish course at 6973 yards with narrow
fairways and in the last two years accurate drivers
have been favoured and long drivers have been at a
disadvantage. Players who were in the Masters,
especially those who were in contention, will
probably play below form.

5/6 Snedeker v Flesch
5 units
Both Brandt Snedeker and Steve Flesch were in
contention in the Masters however Snedeker should
come out better from the experience because of his
happy-go-lucky attitude. Surprisingly Flesch won two
tournaments in 2007 without playing well at other
times and had only six top 25s and three top 10s.
Snedeker had thirteen top 25s and six top 10s in
2007 and has reasonable course form -,-,47-,16.
Flesch made only 19 of 31 cuts last year and has
poor recent course form 7,0,0,47,-. Snedeker enjoys
a 16-5 advantage over Flesch in head to heads over
the last twelve months.

9/10 Villegas v JB
Holmes 5 units
Camilo Villegas missed the cut in the Masters which
will give him more time to recover and practice at
Hilton Head. He had nine top 25s in 2007 and
finished 29th last year in the Heritage. JB Holmes
is a very long hitter, however this will give him
little advantage on this course. He won the FBR Open
earlier in the year but has not played very well
since then.

4/5 Kuchar v DiMarco
5 units
Matt Kuchar missed the cut in his last two
tournaments but has played quite well before that
with three top 25s. He has played four out of the
last five years at Hilton Head. Chris DiMarco is
having a disastrous year in the States with seven
missed cuts from eight starts this year. His course
form is not that good either -,-,-,52,0 . Kuchar
has an 11-3 advantage in head to heads over the last
twelve months.

Campbell /
Crane -.5 - 1 0.3 units
sell Campbell
at -.5
Ben Crane has not
played that much over the last twelve months but
has been consistently good when he has. Chad
Campbell is more erratic missing ten cuts in
2007 which can be costly in an index match
bet. One of those missed cuts was at Hilton
Head.
